PUDIM FRESCO DE CUAJADA

A receita, tirei-a do Fórum bimby 4 all
Ingredientes:
4 Ovos
2 Copinhos de açúcar
7 Copinhos de leite
2 Pacotinhos de cuajada
Caramelo líquido para barrar
O copinho acima referido é o copinho transparente da tampa da bimby.
Preparação:
Colocar os ovos e o açúcar no copo, temp 37º, 2 min, vel.3.
Juntar o leite e a cuajada, regular para 80º, 15 min, vel.3.
Verter para uma forma caramelizada e levar ao frigorífico até solidificar.
